Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you discover a defect, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 90 days warranty period of the product from the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and contact us for return mailing address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 10 – 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.

If the item cannot be repaired and the replacement product is unavailable within 4-5 working days from the date of receiving the defective product, a refund will be issued within 3-4 working days. Refund initiated will be credited back to original payment method within 7 working days.
